If there is an apostrophe character in the site name (the directoryName attribute of the site object in Exchange 5.5 directory), the following error occurs: An unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. Click continue and application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression "ou=SOU'RCE'." |

The credentials specified for connecting to the Exchange servers and domain controllers are encrypted and stored in the configuration database. Each user can read only credentials he or she specified. Thus, each new user who logs on to the computer and starts the Exchange Migration Preparation Wizard must specify credentials for the Exchange servers and domain controllers from which information will be gathered. |
CR#114249 |
| If a number of space characters are added to the end of the GUID that is stored in the matching attribute (custom attribute 13, by default) of a mailbox, that mailbox will not be shown in the Mismatched Mailboxes report in Exchange Migration Preparation Wizard. However, the Exchange Migration Wizard Directory Synchronization Agent will not match and synchronize such mailboxes. | CR#114978 | |
| If you are using Exchange Migration Preparation Wizard on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000, information gathering stops with an error when processing items containing both quotation marks (") and either the less than sign (<) or greater than sign (>). As a result, the rest of items will not be processed and reports will be incomplete. | CR#0207934 | |
| Objects of the inetOrgPerson object type are displayed in the Select User dialog, and they can be selected and set as the primary Windows NT account of mailboxes. However, the Exchange Migration Wizard Directory Synchronization Agent does not work with objects of that object type, and therefore it will not match such mailboxes correctly. | CR#115212 | |
| The Exchange Migration Preparation Wizard setup program does not check whether MDAC is installed on the computer. | CR#114281 | |
| If the domain controller you specified for automatic account creation (by selecting the “Change accounts automatically” option in the report) is not available, the account creation and conflict resolving process is aborted. | CR#115277 |
Upgrade from previous versions of Exchange Migration Preparation Wizard is not supported in this release.
Before installing Exchange Migration Preparation Wizard 2.0.7, please uninstall older version of the wizard.
