The Edit Migration Job Wizard might notify you that it cannot find the target
location when you try to edit some migration jobs that were created using the
Quest File Migrator for SharePoint PowerShell cmdlets. These migration jobs
either do not have a port number in the target URL or they have a target
document library
path that does not exactly match the path on the SharePoint site.
Solution: Reselect the target location in the Edit Migration Job Wizard. |
TF#11672 |
|
Icons might not appear in the Target pane of the Create/Edit Migration Job
Wizard. This is because Microsoft Management Console 3.0 might not correctly
display 32-bit color icons.
Solution: Icon display has been corrected. |
TF#18093 |
|
If files with the same names are migrated from multiple sources to one target
folder at the same time, the contents and permissions of the migrated files
might not be correct.
Solution: A migrate source folder rule has been added. |
TF#26550 |
|
If you run a migration job for a second time and that migration job is run using
the overwrite existing/add new version and migrate file permissions migration
rules and the account used to migrate the files does not have Full Control
access to the source files, then the migrated file permissions will be changed
from inherited to unique on the target.
Solution - Handling of permissions has been improved as Quest File Migrator for SharePoint now makes use of the SharePoint homeowners group. |
