It extends ActiveRoles Server provisioning with identity, access and password synchronization. Regardless as to the location of your authoritative source of identity information, Quick Connect uses ActiveRoles Server to synchronize this information between your connected systems.
With ActiveRoles Quick Connect administrators can: - Synchronize identities between systems enabling an Active Directory user to log-on to non-Active Directory applications or data sources.
- Password synchronization sets initial passwords during provisioning, captures password change in Active Directory and synchronizes it in connected systems and can perform individual password resets through integration with Quest Password Manager.
- Synchronize authorization objects such as groups or roles between Active Directory HR and non-Active Directory data sources.
- Automatically reconcile associated objects between source and target systems.
