Hi Vj,

I missed your comment about masking the phone number. What are you using the phone number for, and where isit shown? I've only seen it listed when reuqesting a OTP, but the number is masked.

Hello,

Yes, that if we use Dell's telephone verification license.

My customer has their own gateway, and the phone number where user can select window, which comes without masking.

I have unchecked the option in PMAdmin, as I dont want to reflect user display name.

My current Display Name is : EmployeeID+FirstName+LastName 

My Requirement is : only EmployeeID, which is #USER_ACCOUNT_NAME# in password manager, if I change the attribute as I mentioned path still am not getting it.

I haven't customised the OTP so I'm not sure on that, sorry. I have had a number of support cases open with Dell during my trial and they have been great, so maybe they can help you with this.
