Hello,

When the AD sync is run , users notice credential popup in outlook prompting them to enter the passwords.

It is extensively checked and no configuration issues are observed in outlook and exchange.

Could you please let me know.

    Interesting.

    You haven't really told us anything about your topology. For example, is Exchange located in the source domain of your AD migration? Can you please describe source and target Exchange & AD platform versions, where accounts currently reside, where mailboxes currently reside, where you are syncing accounts to etc.

    Hello,

    Exchange 2010 SP3 RU13
    Servers : Windows 2008 R2 SP1. Both exchange and AD reside in same domain.

    The syncing is taking place to Office 365 cloud service.
    6 servers have been deployed which Dell migration manager 8.12 for AD.

    Is this a hybrid deployment where MS Dirsync is involved at all? What is your DMA set to do?
