How do I get help with my On Demand product?

You can search the Knowledge Base.  The KB allows you to search by queries containing unique keywords, symptoms or details, filter results, view, rate, email and print articles.

Go to our knowledgebase here and enter your product to search for articles (Hint: type in On Demand and it will auto populate the On Demand products)

 

You can submit a Service Request here by clicking the Submit Request button and choosing your On Demand product and entering in the details.

 

You can call us at 1 800 306 9329 and speak with a Support Admin who can create a Service Request for you.  An alternate list of phone numbers can be found here.
