  • Robust Field Search – The entire electronic message is indexed, enabling search by Boolean combinations of virtually every associated field, including: text/HTML body, subject, sender, recipient (including CC, BCC & distribution lists), message date and time, headers (including IP address), attachment type, attachment name, attachment contents (for approximately 400 file types). You can also quickly run ad-hoc discovery searches for one-time instances.
  • Saved Searches – Search criteria and repeat searches can be saved for convenience, consistency and evidence of policy enforcement.
  • Take Action on Messages – Reviewers have the ability to annotate, flag, open/close or escalate messages. All actions are logged and the subsequent metadata is indexed and searchable.
  • Reporting Center – The management console reporting center enables users to produce a wide range of reports on corporate email usage. Reports on system audit history are also available, allowing firms to demonstrate risk management policy enforcement in action and ensuring accountability among multiple managers responsible for message review.
  • Lexicon Auto-Scan – Archiving and compliance capabilities are tailored to your business. For example, the management console auto-scan feature allows you to customize a lexicon of words and phrases to flag messages that might be deemed problematic. A default list is provided that is completely customizable per your requirements.
  • Easy Production of Data – You can retrieve and produce as many messages as necessary on demand, in original form, and securely download them or burn them to portable media. Your organization can use this download for real-time access to data during an audit, examination, investigation or discovery event. Additionally, you can use the download to restore data for disaster recovery purposes or for regulatory compliance.
  • Full Audit Review – Every administrator session and action taken throughout the entire lifecycle of a message is documented within the management console.
