This enables you to keep your content up-to-date between full releases of the product.
- Enhanced Search - You can now search for a phrase in quotes (for example: enter "database tables" to find all topics that contain this exact phrase).
- Favorites - In addition to adding favorites, version 10.1 enhancements enable you to remove, rename, and organize favorites.
- Comments - This feature reintroduces the ability to add notes and attachments to topics. You can add, edit, or delete comments and share comments with your colleagues through a common directory. Version 10.1 provides an option, at first launch of the product, to migrate any attachments or topic notes from previous versions into comments.
- History - Instead of having the same topic title display repeatedly in the History list, it displays only once with the most recent access date.
- Hot Keys - Additional hot keys provide shortcuts that open Knowledge Xpert menus, print pages, and move quickly through the user interface without the need to use a mouse.
