Migration Manager for Exchange

Migrate to Exchange 2010 & Office 365 with Ease

Quest Migration Manager for Exchange mitigates the risk of migrating, consolidating or restructuring your Exchange environment with ZeroIMPACT on users, and requires fewer resources than you thought possible. By synchronizing Active Directory and Exchange data, including public folders, calendar information and mailbox data, Migration Manager delivers true coexistence for on-premises migrations. Migration Manager automatically updates your users’ Outlook profiles for a seamless, efficient migration. Whether you're moving from Exchange 2000, 2003 or 2007 to Exchange 2010, Migration Manager secures your migration process, helps to prevent errors and ensures that your resources are used where they are most effective.

  • Automated Updates – Automatically updates the Outlook profile of each migrated user when the user logs on to the network, eliminating the need to visit every workstation and manually reconfigure profiles, reducing the chance of errors and saving you valuable administrative time.
  • Direct Synchronization – Directly synchronize mailboxes, distribution groups, calendars and public folders in parallel. This delivers true coexistence between migrated and unmigrated users, conserves network bandwidth and significantly decreases the migration project timeline.
  • Comprehensive Management Tools – Gives you complete control of the migration project and arms you with the reporting data you need to make informed decisions. It eliminates the need for toggling between different applications to access various management functions.
  • Offline Folder Preservation – Preserves offline folders (OST files) for remote users during the migration process. It automatically migrates and switches the mailbox in a way that allows a user to keep existing OST files after connecting to the new Exchange server, helping to ensure business continuity and maintain productivity.
  • Distributed Architecture – Reduces network bandwidth requirements and supports a more rapid mail migration/synchronization process. All data gets routed between source and target Exchange servers instead of going through the Migration Manager’s console.
  • Supported Platforms – Migrate data from on-premises Exchange 20XX to Exchange 2007/2010 and Office 365.
