Migration Manager for PSTs

ZeroIMPACT migration of PST files to Exchange 2010/2013 or Office 365

Migration Manager for PSTs allows IT administrators to identify, filter, and migrate PST files to primary or archive mailboxes in Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 365, quickly and reliably. By identifying the PST file and its owner, you can determine which mailbox or archive it should be migrated to, and then seamlessly move the data to the final destination. With Migration Manager, you can take control of PST files to reduce the risk of data loss, enable e-Discovery, enforce email retention policies, and ensure compliance.

  • Supported Platforms – Migrate PST files to primary or archived mailboxes in Exchange 2010/2013 or Office 365.
  • Supported PSTs – Migrate data from all available types of PST files including those created by Outlook and files exported from the Exchange server.
  • Advanced Detection – Locate and identify who owns the PST files on workstations and servers throughout the environment. Determining PST ownership provides the information necessary to choose a migration destination.
  • Filtering – Control what data that is migrated from the PST file with advanced filtering capabilities. This provides added flexibility and can reduce the size and time it takes to migrate.
  • Direct-path Migration – Move the data directly from the desktop through the migration server to the destination data store to reduce the risk of duplication or data loss that you get with other tools that require a two-step migration.
  • Agentless Detection – Eliminate the need for a complex deployment of agents across a network with agentless detection. This requires fewer resources and avoids an impact on bandwidth usage.
  • Multi-threaded Performance – Migrate multiple PST files at a time. This enables you to scale performance and quickly migrate a large amount of data.
  • Multi-account Support – Utilize multiple admin accounts when connecting to Office 365 to overcome the limitations of concurrent connections through web services.
  • Project Management – Utilize real-time alerts and logging to identify issues and resolve them quickly during the migration.
