Features and Benefits

Notes Migrator for Exchange

Simplified Administration – Notes will automate manual administrative tasks including mailbox creation and mail routing, saving time and preventing errors.
Maintain message integrity – Preserves valuable information, including dates, times, HTML formatting, senders, recipients and attachments. It also allows users to reply to migrated messages, without making address edits.
Preserve personal address books and distribution lists – Eliminates the need for cumbersome export/import and data entry procedures. It converts personal address books and distribution lists into contacts on the Exchange server and preserves key information, such as phone and fax numbers, mailing addresses, nicknames and distribution lists.
Archive conversion – Migrates valuable archived mail, calendar and task data from the local stores of Notes Migrator to Outlook personal stores.

Operate as an end-user or administrator-driven program – Migrates all Notes server-based data and personal address books with no impact on the end-user. When local stores reside on end-user workstations, Notes Migrator can be installed on a file server and includes an easy-to-use interface for end users. Nothing is installed on end-user workstations.Automate mail routing – Allows administrators to set forwarding in Notes Migrator, or remove forwarding in Exchange, as users are migrated. This ensures that all new mail, meeting invitations, etc., are sent to the users' Exchange mailboxes.
Automatically determine appropriate Internet addresses – Automatically creates a table of user names, native Notes addresses and preferred Internet addresses that Administrators can review and edit using Microsoft Excel or Access.
