Engaging Quest Professional Services for your implementation project is simple and straightforward. We will conduct a scoping call with key members of your organization after which we will create and submit a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the proposed approach and activities along with the duration and cost of the services.

The following Implementation Services are available as needed:

Architecture Assessment - to review your existing technology as well as your business objectives, define an architecture tailored to your needs, create a roadmap and provide knowledge transfer throughout. The end product is detailed documentation you can use as an implementation blueprint and standard for ongoing evaluation.

Deployment and Configuration - providing experienced consultants to work hand-in-hand with your team to install and configure the solution to integrate with your technology and meet your objectives. Includes Project Management to coordinate scheduling, planning and execution while ensuring communication between business and technology stakeholders.

We also offer post-implementation services which are listed on the Specialty Services tab.

Pre-Packaged Implementation Services - available for solutions that allow for the creation of standardized, repeatable activities for specific results in a predictable time-frame. Packaged Implementation Services are currently available for the following Quest One Identity Manager products.
