Implementations

Engaging Quest Professional Services for your implementation project is simple and straightforward. We will conduct a scoping call with key members of your organization after which we will create and submit a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the proposed approach and activities along with the duration and cost of the services.

Our standard A.I.M. services approach to migration and consolidation is based on years of practical experience in assisting customers to successfully deploy and execute projects in their environment. The A.I.M. services include:

  • Assessment - Our experts know what to look for and they have access to additional Quest solutions to gain essential insight into your environment. They utilize the appropriate solutions while working with your team to review and document your environment to produce a migration plan that is tailored to your unique needs and business objectives.
  • Installation - Quest certified Professional Services experts work hand-in-hand with your team to install and configure the solution in a test environment and fully document a Migration Plan that will best suit your organization.
  • Migration - Our consultants continue to work with your team, utilizing the Migration Plan and the knowledge gained from the lab installation to install the solution in a production environment and run a pilot migration. From there, we lend support to manage the entire migration.

Pre-Packaged Implementation Services - available for solutions that allow for the creation of standardized, repeatable activities for specific results in a predictable time-frame. Packaged Implementation Services are currently available for the following migration and consolidation products.
