Spotlight® for J2EE

Quest's J2EE Spotlights, Spotlight on WebSphere and Spotlight for WebLogic Server, provide real-time diagnostics that enable the user to check domain, server, and application health at a glance, and isolate performance bottlenecks on WebLogic and WebSphere servers using color coded alerts and expert advice.

If you are interested in the J2EE Spotlights, but not ready to buy, you can try our freeware version. The freeware version of J2EE Spotlights, sponsored by Quest, provides you with a fully functioning product, license and online support through our J2EE Spotlights Community. Companies can purchase Spotlight if they require more than five copies of Spotlight, or desire to have standard support through Quest (paid versions of the products include standard support).

From a single screen, the J2EE Spotlights display the health of each managed server and cluster in a cell or domain. Spotlight on WebSphere and Spotlight for WebLogic Server provide a high level overview of each managed server and display the performance metrics for each service provided by the server including thread pools, data sources, and heap usage. When a server or service experiences a problem, color-coded alarms guide the user to the root cause where expert advice provides insight in to the problem and how to resolve it.

Spotlight is now a component of Quest Software's Application Performance Management (APM) Suite for the J2EE platform, which enables businesses to detect, diagnose and resolve application performance problems faster than ever before.
