TRAC 2013 APM Spectrum Report

This APM Spectrum study was conducted to address the following goals:

  • Reduce market confusion around APM. The term "APM" has different meanings to different end-user organizations and job roles.
  • Examine advantages and disadvantages of different technology approaches for APM. 
  • Define industry benchmarks. 
  • Identify best practices.
  • Raise awareness around emerging trends and technology capabilities.
  • Create a baseline for upcoming APM research that will provide deeper insight into each of the APM markets.
