Through Bomgar’s integration with the Dell KACE K1000 Appliance, technicians can launch a secure remote support session directly from the K1000 service desk and inventory features to immediately begin remotely diagnosing and resolving a problem. During remote support sessions, technicians can view and control the remote system, chat with the end-user, check system information, transfer files, and more. When the session is complete every action that occurred, including chat transcripts and a video recording of the entire session, can be automatically fed back into the associated K1000 service ticket.
