If you can use a Windows GPO, then you can use a Group Policy Managemene element in Kace Desktop Authority to send the settings to the devices. You can use the same ADMX files you use on a Windows GPO: Chrome administrative templates, and the Edge administrative templates to set what you need. Refer to this document How to add or import ADM and ADMX template files to Group Policy Templates, https://support.quest.com/kace-desktop-authority/kb/4354906/how-to-add-or-import-adm-and-admx-template-files-to-group-policy-templates?kblang=en-US in case you need to import the ADMX files. After setting the rules, try to use the Validation Logic Rules to send the changes to one or two devices before send it to all the devices.
