Hi to all,
what would be the correct procedure for a customer to get FoglightNMS to 100 devices for free as advertised on the web? Upon registration they get a trial license for choice or entering the license keys.
I downloaded Foglight NMS and installed it. Activated as a FREE version, below 100 devices. In license overview it stated FREE. After installation it updated to version 6.9. Currently license overview show a Trial version and 60 eval period. Feb 2015 it will pass.
How do I get the FREE versio back? It was free but upgraded to an trail..... I have 15devices.
Hello Martin - Would you mind providing the URL/location where you downloaded this software? We support Trials for NMS but we no longer offer a Free Version. We've pulled down the free version from all of our domains/sites, to our knowledge, but there are some other websites that posted this over the years. I'd be happy to help you with a perm license key before your trial key ends. If you're interested, please let me know and I'll send you my contact information.

This really isn't funny. Everywhere it states upto 100 devices free. Is it possible to receive a free license based on our public funded radio and tv station? We produce all our products to citizens in our community.
Site with Free link: (I think it was this site, and I had to upgrade alot)
Hello - If you downloaded NMS during the "100 free nodes" promotion, we will honor that. We are not offering that program/promotion any longer though as it was a limited-time offer. So, you're OK and allowed to continue to use the product within the guidelines of that promotion. Thanks for your business.
My demo of Foglight NMS Studio has expired and I'm able to buy the full versión, but I've been going in circles trying to buy it but I could not find a way in the last 15 days. I called several times to 1800 306-9239 Opt. 9 ext. 17873 mentioned in the expired demo with no lack and finally left a message as suggested (I do not understand the relationship betweern Quest/Dell and the special pricing during Cisco Live! in Las Vegas on June that is mentioned in the welcome message). Also as suggested in the demo I sent a couple of emails to firstname.lastname@example.org but never received an answer. I finally called a Dell Software Representative who told me he was going to open an incident and that a sales specialist was going to call me back the same day,, but again nobody called.
One of my clients where the demo has been running for 60 days until 04-24-15, has roughly 1100 interfaces and 300 devices. I would need a quote for the full versión of Foglight NMS Studio asap.
Can you help me with this?
