Foglight Web Console is not launching

Foglight Web Console is spinning (grey dots blinking) indefinitely.
The same behavior continues after Foglight service restart (Windows 2016 Standard).
Any help is greatly appreciated!

    If you click the grey dots you should see a tail of the FMS log file displayed in the screen with details of where the startup process may be stuck.

    As the issue could caused by a wide variety of possibilities (including the FMS database being unavailable) I would recommend opening the Support case to have the Foglight Support team assist you.
