I believe this particular functionality of the MFG Directory Exporter depends on the Novell Admin API to retrieve the attribute values. From your other post, I believe you have turned of the Admin API to proceed with the MFG Directory Exporter in your particular environment, without eDirectory. I will investigate this issue further and let you know what I find as soon as possible. Because of Kerberos auth, the GW account from the migrator is to a GW 2014 PO with internal Groupwise password. Account is System Admin. Server 2016 running Directory Exporter has the OES client (OES Client 2 SP5) but is not logged in, obviously. I get about 25% of total users in the UsersToMigrate.csv. Errors in the _gwdirapp.wlog repeat per object: 13:29:09 Description: eDirectory Tree could not be set. 13:29:09 WARNING: [13772-62-40-80020009] Unable to export object 'FSICM-MH' 13:29:09 Resources.Item(FSICM-MH,PO109,TCHHSA): I'm not sure what my next step should be. We tried that and it just spins around and around on your directory information is being extracted and then crashes after a few minutes. Nothing seems to work. We left the GWIA IP and Content blank. Here is our environment: GroupWise 2014 R2 with Active Directory import to GroupWise database, LDAP enabled on MTA No eDirectory MFG Workstation = Windows 7 with GroupWise 2012 SP3 installed, Outlook 2013, Novell Windows Client (we tried this with Windows 10 as well) We copied the domain folder to the C drive of the MFG workstation We used an ldap server tool and it connected to the GroupWIse server and capture all the mailbox information.
