While email and contacts seem to migrate properly, calendar items from shared mailboxes are either not appearing in the target tenant or are showing up with incorrect metadata (e.g., wrong organizer, missing attendees, or marked as drafts). In some cases, recurring meetings are broken into single instances or simply skipped. We’ve confirmed that: Full access permissions and impersonation are correctly configured Calendar data is included in the migration scope There are no throttling or quota warnings in the logs This seems like it could be a bug related to calendar handling for shared mailboxes , but I wanted to check if anyone else has encountered this, and if there's a known workaround (e.g., migrating calendars separately, permission remapping, or reprocessing failed batches). Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I understand that the target environment is hybrid and that you created the target objects in the local On-premise AD environment and synced them to the cloud. After performing those steps, the only real valid step in ODM Accounts is to match or map those accounts. It is really a map/match or migrate, typically not both. The ODM Account migration is only able to create objects in the target cloud. Since your target objects are mastered on-premise, ODM cannot update their attributes. If you have mapped or matched the accounts, like it sounds like you have already done, then the next step would be to move on to migrating Mail and OneDrive. It is possible to perform incremental migrations over a period of time, but they should only be source -> target. We are in the process of phasing out the Resource Processing feature, as it just hasn't been widely used and requires a service account that is excluded from MFA and conditional access policies. At the time of this post, the Resource Processing feature can be enabled upon request by creating a Service Request .
