how to pass unicode characters in SQL in ARS synchronization service?

Hello everyone,

we want to write(update) arabic name in sql table from oracle database.

we mapped the fields in creation/update rules but after committing the changes, when we look back in sql table it is showing "????".

my sql column data type is nvarchar and collation is "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1256_CI_AS". 

 

can anyone help in to pass Unicode characters in sql?
