How to Remove the Temporary Access... Button from Add/Remove Group Member in 7.2 Web Interface

Hello -

We don't use temporary group memberships, so I'd like to know if there is a way to remove the Temporary Access... button from the Add/Remove/Temporary Access buttons in the Group Members command and User Member Of command.
