As our customers continue their digital transformation journeys – adopting new and disruptive technologies – we’re continuing to hold up our end of the bargain by constantly innovating to secure and enable these organizations as they meet new challenges along the way. The success and growth of our business over the course of the last fiscal year underscores that we’re delivering on our mission: to help our customers get identity and access management (IAM) right.
But numbers, as always, speak volumes about a company’s stability, growth and position to succeed in the future. So I am pleased to report our most recent numbers. With the close of our fiscal year 2018, we saw our fourteenth consecutive year of profitability. We added nearly 500 net-new customers, saw new purchases from 1,600 businesses, and worked with more than 7,500 organizations total to secure, enable and grow their business by leveraging our identity governance, access management, and privileged account management (PAM) solutions.
Additionally, our Partner Circle Program is stronger than ever, launching in May of 2018 and immediately experiencing a 49-percent year-over-year growth in partner-driven global revenue – with a 55-percent growth in North America and 237-percent growth in Asia-Pacific-Japan, specifically. One Identity also held its global UNITE partner conference premier event, which gathered more than 150 customers and partners across all regions, increasing engagement and collaboration within the community. We take great pride in equipping our channel partners with an attractive program, the right resources and unmatched support to help them be an IAM champion for their customers.
The last fiscal year also saw an exciting and significant expansion for the company with the acquisition of Balabit. As a united front, One Identity and Balabit are poised to raise the bar for PAM innovation, delivering even more powerful solutions to help customers and partners solve their most critical PAM challenges, which are some of the most critical organizations deal with today. We’ve already taken massive strides to do just that, and we look forward to bringing the powerful combination of identity and privileged analytics to market in the year ahead.
Underscoring a fantastic year of growth and industry leadership, One Identify was recently named a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Identity Governance & Administration. This industry recognition is one of the highest forms of validation for our market leadership, innovation and customer satisfaction, and I couldn’t be more honored to share this with our 800 employees across 22 countries, as well as with our partners and customers.
