Person object has been created during Synchronization. Now it's mark as outstanding.
When trying to delete from Manager I'm getting error: "You are not allowed to delete objects outstanding in the external system."
When trying to delete from Object Browser I'm getting error: "You are not allowed to delete objects outstanding in the external system."
Deffer deletion is set to "0" on Person table.
