Getting error "This employee is not authorized to make approvals"in "MakeDecision" method.

Hi Markus, 

Referring to your reply on Ruchita Mantri's post for the same error  on this link (https://www.quest.com/community/products/one-identity/f/identity-manager/27133/getting-error-this-employee-is-not-authorized-to-make-approvals-in-makedecision-method/66233#66233)

 My work flow is a bit different and has another level after EX approval step.

 

 

The values in my process parameters for EX process-

 

I have followed all steps as per the documentation but not sure what is missing.

Please suggest.

    Hi , Here is the error message i can see in logs -

    <e>2018-05-14 11:10:19 +00:00 - \LOCALJOBSERVER1QUEUE - VI.JobService.JobComponents.HandleObjectComponent - fa706018-6ff4-409a-9c41-77df41587f6c: Errors occurred
    Error saving Salesforce Application-Admin - Reportee, Nineth - 5/14/2*****18 11:*****5:47 AM: [81*****3*****6] Error during execution of 'OnSaving' in logic module 'QER.Customizer.PersonWantsOrg'.
    [2133172] This employee is not authorized to make approvals (possibly wait for the DBQueue processor evaluation)
    Method MakeDecision was called for 1 object(s) of type PersonWantsOrg.


    My jobservice is directly connected to database.
