I am creating an IT Shop request form that needs to include several Person UIDs that will be used as reference contacts for the request. I have created the foreign keys to Person in ShoppingCartItem and PWO. I have set edit and view permissions for those columns as I did for the other custom fields I added.
The request form displays the expected Assign button and list of Person objects to select, but when I try to select a person, I get the following error:
The search index is indeed working, at least for the built-in Department selection. Any ideas what I might be missing here? Are additional permissions needed?
