HI Experts,
I am getting an error while attempting login to ManagerWeb Application . The error says- "
[1068049] Time zone filtering resulted in an empty set.
Possible reason: your country is has not been activated in the system"
I found out this is a known issue with the solution listed at-https://support.oneidentity.com/kb/109997/error-1068049-time-zone-filtering-resulted-in-an-empty-set-
But the solution given in above link-- to enable the country in designer , is not working . The user i am using for login, has a country assigned which is already enabled in Designer.
Not sure where is the missing link.
Please suggest.
