Error: "[1068049] Time zone filtering resulted in an empty set." (109997)

HI Experts,

I am getting an error while attempting login to ManagerWeb Application . The error says- "

[1068049] Time zone filtering resulted in an empty set.

Possible reason: your country is has not been activated in the system"

 

I found out this is a known issue with the solution listed at-https://support.oneidentity.com/kb/109997/error-1068049-time-zone-filtering-resulted-in-an-empty-set-

But the solution given in above link-- to enable the country in designer , is not working . The user i am using for login, has a country assigned which is already enabled in Designer.

Not sure where is the missing link.

Please suggest.

    I changed the time zone of my system and it started working now. Thank you so much for your help. One more doubt, I am not able to see Attestation tab in Manager web application, how can I change the visibility of this tab so that it should be visible in front end and only for managers
