How to make attestation as a self service feature

What exactly do you want to make available in IT Shop?  You want the manager to be able to execute the schedule?  Or simply approve the attestations?

This is likely not something that can be done easily, if at all.  Why not just give this manager access to the Manager front end instead?

Can be done by customizing. There is a customizer function available that you can use in your customization.

I want that manager will login to ITshop and he will request for attestation on specific object (these parameters will be in request properties) and then will raise the request. It will be auto approved request then in the backend a custom process will be triggered which will add an entry in AttestationCase table. Do you think this is feasible?

I went through the post which you shared. So, we can create attestation cases using the script, right?

But what if I directly insert the required data in AttestationCase table once I get the input from the raised request?

It is not recommended to directly insert the data neither is it supported. 

ok if I install Manager front end as suggested by Trevor and give managers of employees access to this front end, will it be able to rn attestation? If yes, can you please provide me links for details of Manager front end, its installation and configuration guide. I checked in technical documentation of OneIM but couldn't find it

I installed Manager web application but getting below error when I try to login to Manager web application. Can you please suggest how this can be resolved?

Possible reason: your country is has not been activated in the system"
