Getting error while importing OOTB processes through Database transporter

We did all customizations transport files (v8.0.1) to another environment yesterday with no issue. However we did find that transporter would be failed if the OOTB thing was changed and the OOTB changes were carried over to new environment. The error message was the same as yours. It seems to make sense so we restored to the default value for those changed OOTB things then generated the transport file. Once we're done we updated the OOTB as needed. This approach might not be the best but worked for our case..   

You should use the changes labels containing tagged changes to transport changes to OOTB objects.  For example, if you change an OOTB process, save the change to a change label in Designer and choose to transport this change label in Transporter.

Almost 20-25 OOTB processes 

I think that was the cause to our case. The label was not used for the changes of OOTB. The error "Write permissions..." was for DialogSchedule (Timezone changed) related to DynamicGroup. We changed to UTC then transport worked. There is very fewer change to OOTB in our case. Thank you!

I will also try to change the timezone otherwise as Markus suggested, will revert the changes of OOTB processes. Thanks
