In the web portal, when a new request arrives, there will be a small label with number pending items appear aside the Pending Request/Attestations.
If I want to apply this label to the Shopping Cart, how should I make the configuration? Some users just pick products from the shelves, but overlooked the button of submitting shopping cart, and then they just leave the page and thought their requests are being processed. So I want to set a reminder label besides Shopping Cart menu to attract the user's attention that something is laying in the shopping cart and need their action.
I've tried raise the question to the OneIdentity support desk, but they have no idea and suggest me raise the question in user forum.
