Launch Pad Run Options are in disabled state

Hi Team,

i'm new to One identity manager tool, i'm trying to access some interface via Launch pad as system user, but all the run options are disabled/greyed out. can anyone please assist me how to enable it?

    Can you please share the version of OneIM you are using and if you are connecting via an Application Server against the system or via a direct SQL connection?

    A screenshot might also help to clarify your issue.

    Thanks for your response, Please find the requested details below.

    IDM Version - Active directory edition 7.1

    I have connected to job/jump server with direct SQL connection.

    • tried two types of authentication - AD Authenticated  User and System User but both options are not working to enable run option, and not able to attach the screenshot as it requires web url to be linked.

     if you share your email id , I would send the screenshot

  • If you use Insert image/video/file option from the menu you can choose to upload a file for the screenshot, no WebURL needed.

    Anyways, so you are saying not one button show an enabled run button?

    Did you try to log in as viadmin to see if it is working then?

    yes, even my id has the same privilege as viadmin, I tried with two more sysadmin accounts but still Create license report run option is still disabled. is there any configuration settings to be changed or can be checked the current settings kindly confirm.

  • Okay, just this task or every task in the Launchpad cannot be started?

    Yes, all the options are disabled mode, and we found that there are two installation path available in our environment, one is under C: drive and another one is D: drive, we tried the launch pad under D: which is working fine now.

    Could you please explain what is the difference b/w the two drives .

    D:\Program Files\Dell\OIM Tools

    C:\Program Files\Dell\One Identity Manager

    Yes, all the options are disabled mode, and we found that there are two installation path available in our environment, one is under C: drive and another one is D: drive, we tried the launch pad under D: which is working fine now.
