reset target systems' password via IT Shop request (like self-service)

Hi Experts,

is it possible to allow user reset their business applications(will be integrated into IAM using API) password automatically via IT Shop ?

is there any good solution for this ?

    It is possible, in 7.1.2. But it would need customizing to tailor this to your needs.

    Starting with version 8 OneIM comes with a password reset self-service portal that would allow the users to reset the password for all linked user accounts. But even then it depends a little on your integration of the business application (tables that are used for the user accounts etc.)
