ADS_ADSDomain_SearchandCreate_Person_PostSync - error messages

Hello Experts,

ADS_ADSDomain_SearchandCreate_Person_PostSync is frozen is with below error

Error messages :

ErrorMessages = (2018-11-07 18:33:58.230) [810222] Error executing script 'ADS_PersonAuto_Mapping_ADSAccount'.
[System.Exception] Error while assigning an employee to the Active Directory user account Mahendra Narotam.
System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> VI.Base.ViException: Error during execution of 'OnSaving' in logic module 'TSB.Customizer.TSBAccountDefLogic'. ---> VI.Base.ViException: This employee already has user account 'KKKKKKK' with this account definition.

But in Personhastsbaccountdef entries are null and that the deleted entries are available in dialog tables as well but the account born out of sync is not tagged to person identity and remained orphan.

Exisitng account tagged to person identity is marked for deletion(FYI- User is active in IDM

Is this a bug in V8?

This is not a bug. As you have figured there is an account existing tagged as to be deleted but hasn't deleted yet. Did you check if the existing account has the account definition assigned?

Hi Markus,

Existing account has account def in assigned state in ADS table but in Personhastsbaccountdef there are no entries.

So ideally account should be tagged to identity and account def need to be added again in Manager view right?

Will the workaround would be to execute deferred deletion operation or is there any way this can be achieved?

I still not understand your use case, your current state (of the accounts, etc.) and what you are trying to achieve.

So I am unable to give you a feasible recommendation.
