Objects not reflecting in Object Browser but in MSSQL reflects otherwiseobj

Hello all,

I have set up a synchronization project via the native database connector. Upon running the synchronization, our custom table that is to be synced has the new records (viewed via MSSQL), however in the object browser in OI, it returns 0 objects. We have ensured that we are connecting to the right database.

I only noticed this misalignment when processes (both OOTB and custom processes) following after the synchronization, fail. Have tried to restart connections and compile DB but the object browser still shows no objects on our custom table. Records viewed via MSSQL still has the updated records.

In the Manager, we are able to see the employees tagged to the Custom Target system that we have configured. But this is due to the OOTB processes to create Person etc. But they are not able to get the custom columns that we have mapped.

I am unsure why the object browser does not reflect what is in the DB. Any particular reason why this might be the case?

Further information on this is that we have successfully managed to run on our SIT environment, and this error only happens when we transported over to UAT environment.

Only scripts, processes and schema extensions were transported over.

Synchronization configuration, mapping and workflow, other configuration parameters in designer, & setting up of custom target system in manager were done manually on our UAT environment.

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Nuruddin
