Specify viewing certain Departments in global list on Web Portal

Hello.

When I create a new employee I need to see certain departments on the list, when I click "Assign" button

How I can specify viewing certain Departments in global list?

I think exist some condition for doing that?

Hello,

I am not sure what you are asking for, but you can try specifying a foreign-key filter for the organizational attributes.

An example is shown in the screenshot:

Hello, Hanno. I expanded the Department table and created a custom attribute. Call him "Type of Department". He has 2 values: Contract and Partner. Here I need to display on the Web Portal only departments with the type of "Contract"

Express that filter condition as a WHERE clause, and insert it in the spot I marked in the screenshot.
