Configure product access in IT Shop

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking.  I think the issue is that a manager can request something for their direct report and can see the entitlement, but when that same user tries to log in to request for themselves, they cannot see the entitlement.  Is that correct?

Yes, not a member of the customer node.

Sorry but only members of the customer Mode are able to request the products from the shop the customer node is assigned to. 

Ok, is it possible that we hide the visibility of these products from directory report employees, and give access to their visibility only to managers? (If we talk about one customer node)

To me it sounds like you want to implement some sort of visibility filter to certain users/managers. Like, when i log in as an employee i do not want to see the complete ITshop product catalogue but only some part of it. Same for managers : when they log in, they are only allowed to request products for themselves and other picked from a list of items only available for them instead of the complete catalogue. Is that what you want ?
