Getting error while submitting ITshop request

Hi,

I have multirequest resource which is added to OOTB IT shop. But when I try to raise a request, it gets added to Shopping Cart but doesnt get submitted. Error is "The employee 'Anders, Mr Maria (MANDERS)' cannot request the product 'Application Onboarding' in the IT Shop." And this user is part of customer node in the shop.
