Hi,
I have created a workflow in manager,where when a user request for a particular item in Shopping cart,it will go to its manger for approval.
However, when the manager of the user tries to approve it,the approve button is disabled for him and while the manager tries to deny it-no action takes place.
please let me know, whether its a permissions issue,if yes please let me know which and where the permission is to be given.
