Getting error in while connecting to any of the tools

Hi,

I am getting below error while connecting to any of the tools (Manager, Designer, etc) 

You have connected either to an old database, or to a database that is not correctly configured.

When I try to Add new connection, it gets successfully added but again throws same error. Could someone please help. Thank you.

    Hi I am using version 8.0. And yesterday I had run data consistency check which I was trying to resolve. For one of the tables QBMXUser, it was giving error related to duplicate entries and so I deleted one of the entries in that table.
