Multiple managed accounts for a single person in a Custom Target System

We are converting from 6.1.2 to 8.0.2 and have run across an issue when using account definitions.  Note that we do not use resources in 6.1.2.

As a quick overview, all accounts are created within the Target systems (we have over 400 non AD systems and growing).  Account and entitlement data is provided on a CSV file that loaded via a custom process; we found the CSV synchronizer in V8 had issues with multiple lines for one account.  The employee data is already loaded when we get account data. The data stored in UNSAccountB is only used for attestations and notifications to target systems of person terminations. Some of the target systems require all the accounts to be fully managed, others don’t.

Many of the systems have multiple accounts for an employee and each account needs to be fully managed for the terminations.  In some cases the account ID's contain the subsystem; in others it is in the role.  We have one system where an employee has 182 active accounts, all of which need to be fully managed; there is no 'subsystem' information.

I looked into creating multiple account definitions, but I cannot figure out how to automate the assignments.

Is it possible to have multiple fully managed accounts within a target system assigned to the same person and all using the same account definition?
