Account Definition is available but AD account is not created

We need to create Admin account.

Account definition related to the Admin account is assigned to the user, but Admin account is not created.

Please suggest on the steps\possibilities to resolve this issue.

    Hi,

    If I understand correctly the situation is that an admin account definition is assigned to person, but no account is created in the Active directory.
    After assigning an account definition the person there should be a job chain ADS_PersonHasTSBAccountDef_Autocreate_ADSAccount/Contact generated. At the end of this job chain a new job chain ADS_ADSAccount_Insert is generated. These job chains should be executed without exceptions in order that an account would be created in the active directory. You may look in the job history what happened to these chains. Was the ADSAccount created in the OneIM database?
