DialogState Display template

Hello,

I want to make the display template read State Name and Country.

How can I access that on the table?

Right now it's

%NationalStateName% (%Ident_DialogState%)

Can I do something like?

%NationalStateName% (%UID_DialogCountry.CountryName%)

This does not seem to work currently.

Is this possible?
