Provsioning UNSContainerB to OIM DB Dapartment table

My custom export CSV from HR DB, the content in CSV is the Organization Unit data in the company.

I want to know if is it possible to provisioning Organization Unit data from UNSContainerB to OIM DB "Department" table then mirror the Department structures to MS AD

if it is possible, how could I do?

Sure it is possible. You may configure the CSV export directly to Departments or create an CSV export from UNSContainerB and import the data to department or create a sync project. For the second step to get the Department data to AD, it is needed to create a Active Directory sync with SynchronizationEditor towards the AD.
