Error:"You are not authorized to use this database" while using Active Directory User Account (manual input/role based) on Password Reset Portal.

I am getting below error message while using authentication module as Active Directory User Account (manual input/role based) to change my password on Password Reset Portal.

An exception has occurred while executing the form method F1_ctl00_ControlRef15_ControlRef15_Main_Main_ControlRef1_Button1_Method.
One or more errors occurred.
One or more errors occurred.
Failed to authenticate user.
You are not authorized to use this database.

I have gone through all articles and workarounds but still error persist. Kindly suggest how the issue can be fixed.

Also, let me know any other appropriate module that could be used for Password Reset portal to authenticate AD user.

This behavior is by design. The IAG Policy can be configured to disallow access to the portal in certain conditions. To resolve this issue, open the IAG Configuration console and inspect the settings in the Web Servers tab and Authenticate tab of the portal application. Verify that the policy selected will allow the intended clients access to the portal

Technically, Open web designer tool in the start page-> IN front of "Select Web Application" you will have setting button in the right corner of start page -> select Employee( role based) option in the Authentication module.
