Not able to login to Password Reset Portal using-Active Directory User Account (manual input/role based) authentication module

While trying to login to Password Reset Portal using AD credentials i am getting error as: You are not authorized to access this database.

I successfully logging to AD with User1 and password, but while trying to login to Password reset portal with same credentials i am getting error.
