HTTP Version not supported, permissions question.

Hello,

 

I'm receiving the "HTTP version is not supported" when trying to create a password policy through Password Manager. 

 

I have check the permission through IIS, the service account has the correct permissions for the App_Data folders and is a member of the IIS_IUSRS group per the kb article:

I'm still receiving the error when creating a Password policy.  What else can I check to resolve this, nay help would be appreciated.

    The only documented times when we have encountered this error, it has been related to the permissions assigned to the Password Manager service account.

    I suggest testing this by briefly running using a Domain Admin account to manage the linked Domain. If you no longer get the error message, then you know that you are missing permissions.

    You can make the same test with the IIS App Pool account, but you don't need to try it with a Domain Admin - a local admin should be fine.
