Attempting to use Password Manager with Starling 2FA with a new user results in an error.

The error itself can vary depending on the workflow involved. For a reset password function it might read;

The page cannot be displayed because the HTTP version is not supported.

The event viewer however contains more useful information in the info section. The source should be 'PM UserUI'

System.Exception: Failed while getting token from starling: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: mail ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: mail
