We will be conducting our annual review of partners against the corresponding criteria for their respective Tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum). The administrators of each partner account will be notified of their status via email shortly, and each partner/company will have to meet requirements before August 1, 2021. The assessment and re-tiering will take place on August 1st.
This is an ideal time to collaborate with your Channel Account Manager and verify that you meet the requirements for your tier – looking at revenue requirements, accreditations and business plan.
