Change Auditor Web Client - Add option grayed out

I have a new user I added to an Active Directory group and this AD group is a member of the Change Auditor Operators group. The user logs into Change Auditor using the Web client, but when he tries to perform a Quick Search, the Add is grayed out under the What tab. Has anyone seen this? Does he need to select something first before this becomes available? I didn't find anything in previous posts in regards to this topic.

Might be a silly question but did the user logout of Windows and log back in before trying this?

Stand down Red Alert. My user has been complaining about this for several days and he just responded and said he it seems to be working now, even though he previously performed a GPUPDATE/ FORCE and restarted. I would imagine the reboot resolved it. Thanks!
